SPIDEV.These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern the use of spidev.ai (the “Site”), operated by Spidev (“Spidev”, “we”), an AI agents & automation agency based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. By using the Site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is informational: it presents Spidev’s services and lets you contact us and book an initial consultation. Engagements are always formalized through separate written proposals and agreements; nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice.
2. Consultations and bookings
The initial consultation you can book through the Site is free of charge and subject to availability. We may reschedule or cancel it with notice through the contact details you provide. Meetings are normally held by video call (Google Meet). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share and for being authorized to share it.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- use it for unlawful purposes or in breach of these Terms;
- interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, or perform bulk or automated extraction of content;
- submit false information, impersonate others, or abuse the forms.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s content — text, trademarks, logos, design, graphics and code — is owned by Spidev or used under authorization, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Using the Site grants you no license over that content. Ownership of deliverables developed for clients is governed by each project’s agreement.
5. Confidentiality
We treat the information you share in your inquiries confidentially, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please avoid sending trade secrets or highly sensitive information through the forms; for that, we will sign the corresponding non-disclosure agreements.
6. Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party services (such as Google Calendar, Google Meet and WhatsApp) and may link to external sites. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Spidev is not responsible for their content or operation.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we strive for accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee that the Site is error-free or uninterrupted. Case studies, metrics and descriptions of AI capabilities are illustrative; actual project results depend on your context and are agreed contractually.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spidev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, and the parties waive any other forum to which they might be entitled.
12. Language and contact
