Privacy Policy

Last updated — July 20, 2026

This privacy policy describes how Spidev (“Spidev”, “we”), an AI agents & automation agency based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, handles the personal data collected through spidev.ai, in compliance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”, LFPDPPP) and applicable regulations.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller (responsable) is Spidev, domiciled in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. For anything related to this policy, write to shadow@spidev.ai.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to handle your request:

  • Data you provide through the contact / booking form: name, email, company, WhatsApp number, project type, a description of your company and goals, your preferred meeting date, time and timezone, and your preferred language.
  • Data collected automatically while you browse: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited and usage statistics (via Google Analytics cookies), a language-preference cookie, and standard server logs.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, we do not process payments on this site, and there are no user accounts.

3. What we use it for

Primary purposes (necessary to serve you): responding to and following up on your inquiry; scheduling and holding the consultation you request, including sending the calendar invitation and video-call link; sending confirmations and related communications; and, where applicable, delivering the services you request.

Secondary purposes: producing usage statistics to improve the site, and occasionally contacting you about Spidev services that may interest you. If you do not want your data used for these secondary purposes, email us at shadow@spidev.ai — opting out will not affect how we handle your request.

4. Consent

By submitting your data through the site, you consent to its processing for the primary purposes described above. If we ever intend to process your data for new purposes that require consent, we will inform you and obtain it again first.

5. Service providers and transfers

We rely on providers that process data on Spidev’s behalf: Resend (email delivery), Google (Calendar, Meet and Analytics), Vercel (hosting) and Neon(database). Their servers are located primarily in the United States, so your data is stored and processed outside Mexico under those providers’ contractual safeguards.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, we do not use it to train third-party AI models, and we make no transfers to third parties that would require your consent, except for the exceptions provided by the Law.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses the following cookies and similar technologies:

You can disable cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Disabling them does not prevent you from browsing the site.

7. Your rights (ARCO) and withdrawing consent

Under Mexican law you may Access your personal data, Rectify it when inaccurate, Cancel it, and Objectto its processing (the “ARCO” rights), as well as withdraw your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data.

To exercise these rights, send a request to shadow@spidev.ai including: your full name, a contact channel, the data concerned, a clear description of your request, and proof of identity. We will respond within 20 business days and, if granted, act on it within the following 15 business days; both periods may be extended once by up to 10 additional days for justified cause, with notice to you.

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Mexico’s Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the competent authority.

8. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described and for applicable legal obligations. Contact data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

9. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards: encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers.

10. Changes to this policy

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Substantial changes to the purposes of processing will be notified to you and, where the Law requires it, your consent will be obtained again.
